The app

CMSN doesn't collect, store or send any personal data. It has no analytics or tracking.

CMSN runs the Claude Code you've installed on your Mac. Your messages go from Claude Code to Anthropic, under Anthropic's privacy policy, exactly as they would from Terminal. CMSN's own connection to Claude Code is a small server that only listens on your Mac.

Your contact list, settings and display pictures are saved on your Mac, in ~/Library/Application Support/CMSN/.

Purchases

CMSN is sold through Gumroad, which handles payment and your receipt under Gumroad's privacy policy. CMSN's developer receives your email address and order details from Gumroad, and uses them only for your purchase and support.

This website

cmsn.app is hosted on Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, under Google's Firebase privacy terms. The site uses no cookies or analytics.
